vCom Platform Migration
During the week of April 20, 2026, vCom will be migrating our platform into the AppDirect Marketplace for a Unified Lifecycle Management (ULM) experience. Learn everything you need to know about this migration and its impact on customers.

Managing everything in one place is about to mean a whole lot more
Starting the week of April 20th, the current vManager environment will transition seamlessly to the broader AppDirect platform. While the core functionality you rely on remains intact (just with a refreshed, intuitive look), the real transformation comes from unlocking the full AppDirect Marketplace. We're still bringing the same reliable network and mobility tools you trust, now enhanced with a modern interface and immediate access to thousands of additional solutions including cloud services, energy procurement, AI tools, and beyond—all discoverable and manageable from a single, powerful dashboard.
New look, more capabilities
The AppDirect Unified Lifecycle Management experience features brighter colors, a left menu navigation, and access to additional tools and offerings available through the AppDirect Marketplace.
You'll still be able to find all of the same menu items and information you need, now in a more efficient, intuitive layout.

The AppDirect Marketplace is an all-in-one platform and resource to discover, buy, procure, and manage a wide range of recurring technology services—all from one unified, secure interface. It offers thousands of solutions from hundreds of top providers, including cloud software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network/mobility services, hardware (with logistics), AI tools, energy procurement, and more.
What is this migration?
As vCom is now part of the AppDirect family, we're migrating Connectivity and Mobile Services for legacy vCom customers into the AppDirect Marketplace—in support of delivering a Unified Lifecycle Management (ULM) experience. One unified platform, many new opportunities.
When will this migration happen?
The official activation will occur the week of April 20th. During this week, you’ll receive detailed activation instructions by email and your vCom account team will follow up to confirm activation. Starting March 17th, watch for reminders in our weekly Insider newsletter, vCom Community, on‑platform alerts, and email.
What is changing for existing customers?
Starting the week of April 20th, 2026, you'll need to sign in at a new URL (which we will provide) to access the updated platform — you will now log in to the AppDirect Marketplace rather than vManager. The platform’s functionality and your account data remain the same; you’ll see a refreshed UI (brighter colors, left-side menu) and new access to additional AppDirect tools and offerings.
Do I need to do anything?
Yes. Once you receive your detailed activation email (expected the week of April 20th), follow the instructions to authenticate your account at the new URL address.
