Do you offer a free trial or pilot?

We do not currently offer a free trial of our software or pilot projects due to the value-added nature of our products and services. 

However, there is no cost to engage the vCom team for strategic IT sourcing needs. Many customers find IT sourcing projects a great place to start. To begin a project, reach out to our team. 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. Ask your sales team member if there are special deals, discounts, or promotional offers that might be available to select businesses. 

What organizations are a good fit for vCom?

Our products and services are designed for midsize and enterprise environments, and they work best at scale. Organizations will see greater ROI out of vCom if they check one or more of these boxes:
  • Looking to buy technology at the best possible price.
  • A desire to improve IT efficiencies, control costs, and make informed decisions from data.
  • Looking to outsource IT management for the first time or replace an existing vendor.
  • Lack subject matter expertise, a desire to manage IT environment, or capacity within a team to be effective.
  • Have at least 5 office locations and/or more than 50 company-owned mobile devices across 1-10 carriers.
  • Work in an industry that relies heavily on technology to carry out business functions.

Small businesses with a handful of locations or less than 50 mobile devices might not be the right fit for vCom or the most cost-effective solution. Reach out to our team for additional guidance. 

Do organizations have to use your Buyers' Club?

No. We believe in providing flexibility for our customers so they can choose the best option for their needs. Our Buyers' Club usually offers the most competitive pricing and overall value, but the choice is ultimately yours.
