Management Partnership with vCom
National Premier Law Firm Deploys vConnect Services and Leverages vCom’s
Billing, Operations and Accounting vManager Modules
With more than 600 attorneys strategically located in 43 offices, and a
practice that extends into every area and sub-area of workplace law, Littler
Mendelson is the largest law firm in the United States specializing in employment
and labor law. Littler continues to seek technology that will improve productivity,
optimize information, facilitate communication and leverage integrated services.
In January 2008, Littler Mendelson renewed its partnership with vCom Solutions for the ongoing management of its telecom spend, leveraging vCom’s vConnect and vManager services to proactively control expenses, eliminate waste, centralize carrier management, and leverage vCom’s best practices and web-enabled management tools and applications.
Even with centralized communications service ordering for each office,
Littler’s IT staff were dealing with multiple carriers, support centers,
billing teams, and were thereby stretched thin.
