HRJ's "Champions" Call on vCom Solutions
HRJ Capital's mission is to create unique, high-quality private equity fund-of-funds

Established by the elite of champions, Ronnie Lott, Harris Barton, and Joe
Montana, all former San Francisco 49ers star players, HRJ Capital's strive
for excellence transcends its investment strategies, to encompass the technologies
it implements to support its clients and investors. As such, HRJ Capital
called on vCom Solutions to design, build and support a solid network infrastructure.
"HRJ Capital looked for vCom to provide a cost-effective and robust solution
that would allow for enhanced voice, data and Internet services, with an
eye on future growth and expansion," said Sameer Hilal, vCom's COO. "We
understood the critical nature of communication services to HRJ with its
clients; we designed and deployed an architecture that supports scalability,
enabling HRJ Capital to gain better control of all telecom spend without
a compromise in quality of service or redundancy."
vCom deployed a dedicated Internet access and digital voice solution, along
with Integrated Voice and Data (IVAD) circuits for backup. HRJ's new Internet
and voice services implied multiple tandem architecture and redundant central
office connections, along with congestion free trunking.
Through its extensive partner network, vCom recommended, and worked with
a system integration partner for the deployment of a new 3COM VOIP-based
telephony platform, with advanced telephony applications like unified messaging,
and audio conferencing, to replace an unstable, costly, hosted phone and
Internet service. Despite the investment in this new infrastructure, the
solutions deployed by vCom and its partners reduced HRJ's operational expense,
from its existing technologies.
vCom also designed and implemented an integrated network solution for HRJ's
new branch office in New York, with coast-to-coast voice, data and video
conferencing converged services.

vCom leveraged its relationships with multiple carriers to provide a best
of breed solution to HRJ, while still providing a single point of contact,
a single invoice, and superior personalized service.
