Maintaining this level of quality throughout all facets of the College, particularly its Technology department, has been critical as the College has grown to 11 campus locations across multiple states. Heald College partnered with vCom to simplify the ongoing management of its telecom spend and inventory across its geographically-dispersed campus locations.

vCom’s audit of Heald’s telecom invoices and contracts revealed 40% in potential monthly savings. vCom was immediately engaged to work with Heald College’s IT Department on a multi-site roll-out of a new, standardized telephony infrastructure. With an aggressive implementation schedule, vCom worked diligently with carriers and vendors to deploy redundant voice circuits at each location.

vCom’s vManager platform provided visibility into Heald’s telecom spend; the Order and Inventory Modules provided the IT Team live status of each order and put circuit specifications at their finger tips.

On the Support side, vCom worked with Heald to resolve chronic facilities issues that had plagued one of the campuses for months, leveraging its carrier partnerships and extensive trouble-shooting experience.
