vManager 3.0, Get Proactive.
vManager 3.0 puts ‘proactive’ in business intelligence.
We are excited to announce this week the release of vManager 3.0, a new version of our software that we like to say takes business intelligence in telecom management to the next level.
Essentially we have created a software platform that is more highly proactive for the customer: critical account information is automatically highlighted and dashboards are increasingly customized around tasks.
First, much of the data searching that a customer typically performs is now automated through vManager 3.0. The software scans the customer’s telecom environment and then selects significant data that is presented in a ‘newsfeed’ of important account information on the customer’s dashboard.
Second, our new context-based dashboards put even more information at a user’s finger tips. When users are in the Order module, they now see Open Order dashboards; or when they’re in the A/P module, they see Spend by Cost Center Dashboards; and so on.
We haven’t seen anything in telecom expense management that offers the depth and breadth of this type of business intelligence without also adding too much complexity for the user. Our software is unique in that it provides full capability business intelligence, but holds true to our commitment to provide customers with platforms that combine elegance with simplicity.
