Respondents praised vCom’s ability to meet their companies’ telecom management needs with cutting edge software and depth of professional services. In contrast to typical customer satisfaction survey response rates of 10-15% (reported by data engineering firm WorldAPP), 68% of vCom’s customers participated in the survey.
