
SAN RAMON, Calif. (Jan. 30, 2012) — vCom Solutions, the pioneer of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS), announced the results of its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in December of 2011. vCom scored 95% in overall customer satisfaction, marking the fifth year of a 95% or higher score. Respondents praised vCom’s ability to meet their companies’ telecom management needs with cutting edge software and depth of professional services. In contrast to typical customer satisfaction survey response rates of 10-15% (reported by data engineering firm WorldAPP), 68% of vCom’s customers participated in the survey.
