Gary Storm, vCom’s President and CEO, reflected on the company’s beginnings: “Starting a company a week before 9/11, and on the heels of the Internet bubble bursting, seemed crazy.” vCom found a strong footing very quickly, identifying a much needed demand from growing Enterprise customers for support in managing their telecom environment.
