San Ramon, CA, (May 6, 2011) – vCom Solutions, the pioneer of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS),, has received the San Francisco Business Times Best Places to Work award for the fourth year in a row. 
vCom ranked 20th  in its business category, with all of its key metrics in the 90th percentile.

Gary Storm, CEO and founder of vCom, echoed that sentiment. “It is very exciting and gratifying to place on the list year after year,” said Storm. “Based on our ranking history, we have a lot to be proud of, as we have a consistent satisfaction rate of over 90%. 

For Jenifer Frey, VP of Customer Experience at vCom, the development and growth of company values at vCom has been key. Employees brainstormed and selected the vCom company values, such as ‘Game-Changing Customer Service’ or ‘Communication Builds Great Teams,’  and displayed those values on the website, around the office, and created processes to promote the values within the company.   “Management shows tremendous care and concern regarding employees, and I think that translates into the high quality of customer service that employees provide to the customer,” she said.

vCom has implemented a number of initiatives to promote and nurture the values within the company, including The Culture Club, a monthly meeting of a group of employees to discuss areas of success and areas that need greater focus, and an annual employee feedback survey on company culture and values.
