vCom Scores over 97% in Customer Sat for 4^th Year Running

January 2011, San Ramon, CA – vCom Solutions, the leading provider of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS) for Enterprise customers, announced the results of a National Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in the last Quarter of 2010. vCom successfully scored above 97% for the fourth year in a row in overall customer satisfaction, with respondents praising vCom’s ability to effectively manage their companies’ telecom needs.

Each division of vCom Solutions scored above 94%, from Sales and Client Management to Service Delivery, Billing and Technical Support.
