vCom Solutions names Liz Carroll as Business Development Manager Portland, Ore., (Dec. 6, 2010) — Liz Carroll has been named Business Development Manager for vCom Solutions, Inc., the pioneer of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS™).

vCom Solutions provides telecom management for the mid-enterprise business by managing all aspects of the customer’s carrier relationship through a wholesaling model that aggregates buying power, streamlines processes and provides superior software tools with experienced support teams to reduce costs and improve service.

Carroll is an active member of the Society of Information Managers and has a 17-year reputation as a telecom trusted advisor. Based in the company’s Portland office, she will focus her sales efforts in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Wholesale/Distribution, and Business Services verticals.

Prior to joining vCom Solutions, Carroll was the Marketing/Business Development Manager at Structured Communications Inc., a value-added reseller of secure infrastructure, data storage, voice and mobility offerings. Her marketing campaigns had an average 40% response rate.

Carroll also served as Director of Sales/Marketing with Solberg/Adams LLC, a telecom auditing and expense management firm, where she was on the team that repealed the FCC’s Telecom Excise Tax for all end-users, generating millions of dollars in customer refunds.

Before her seven years at Solberg/Adams, she was in the top 1% of world-wide sales representatives at AT&T.

Carroll has her Bachelors of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from California State University, Sacramento.
