In addition to offering better pricing and consolidated billing, the new platform afforded Wine.com a more robust foundation, along with the capability of more granular control over call routing, to meet Wine.com’s future growth.

Today, they manage all of our voice circuits and lines, toll free services, and call routing for our customer service centers.  They have helped us cut costs dramatically, while allowing us to better provide for our own customers.”

Leveraging vManager, Wine.com now has visibility into its telecom spend and services not only at its core sites, but also at each warehouse or branch office.  This visibility has gained Wine.com the ability to further reduce extraneous inventory and recognize additional savings.
